Data controller
MCEXPERT SRL, with its registered office at Rue Saint-Joseph 51, box 1, 1140 Evere, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0688.614.975. Contact for any question about your data: contact@mcexpert.be.
In short
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party content.
- It only collects personal data if you send the contact form.
- Your request is emailed to MCEXPERT; the website itself does not keep it.
- It is kept for 12 months at most after the last exchange, unless a contract follows.
Contact form
- Required data: the need you choose, your name, your work email, your company or organisation and your message. Optional data: your job title and your country. Without the required data, we cannot handle your request.
- Purpose: to answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a commercial proposal. This data is not used for marketing and is never sold or passed on.
- Legal basis: MCEXPERT’s legitimate interest in answering requests from professionals (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when the request leads to a proposal (Article 6(1)(b)).
- How it works: the website sends your request as a single email, through Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Graph), to MCEXPERT’s inbox. The website keeps nothing: no database, no copy, no log of the content. To limit abuse, the sender’s IP address is kept for one hour at most in the server’s memory, then erased.
- Recipients: MCEXPERT only. Its processors for email and for hosting the website are described below.
- Retention: 12 months at most after our last exchange, then deletion. If the request leads to a contract, contractual and accounting documents are kept for the periods required by law.
Messages sent directly
If you write to MCEXPERT directly (contact@mcexpert.be), your message is handled the same way: only to answer you, on the same legal basis, and kept for 12 months at most after the last exchange, unless a contract follows.
Processors and transfers
MCEXPERT’s email runs on Microsoft 365, in MCEXPERT’s own Microsoft 365 environment, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Dublin, Ireland).
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure, a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, on a server in the European Union, in the Netherlands (Azure region West Europe). The server’s Azure subscription is held personally by Jamel ABED, MCEXPERT’s director, not by MCEXPERT: Jamel ABED makes the server available to MCEXPERT and acts as MCEXPERT’s processor for hosting the website, with Microsoft as his own processor (sub-processor).
If data is processed outside the European Union, those transfers are covered by the safeguards the GDPR provides, in particular the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and trackers
This website sets no cookies and uses no trackers: no analytics, no advertising, no social media buttons, no embedded videos. The fonts are hosted on the website itself, so your browser contacts no third-party service. No consent banner is therefore needed.
Technical logs
Like any web server, the server hosting the website records technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested) to keep the website secure and working. They serve no other purpose. Legal basis: MCEXPERT’s legitimate interest in securing its website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are kept for 30 days at most.
Security
Traffic to and from the website is encrypted (HTTPS). The website stores no request: it has no contact database.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, the restriction of its processing, object to its processing and ask for its portability. Write to us (contact@mcexpert.be): we answer within one month.
Right to object: you can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your data based on our legitimate interest, by writing to us (contact@mcexpert.be).
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (DPA), the Belgian supervisory authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
No automated decision-making or profiling is based on your data.
Changes
This policy may change, for example if the website offers a new service. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
